Account sharing sits in a grey area for most publishers, so we take security seriously. We use offline mode, region-matched VPNs, and never broadcast your account. That said, we always recommend our coaching track first — it improves your rating without anyone else touching your account.
Our core rosters cover League of Legends, Valorant, Apex Legends, and Overwatch 2. We also take on Rocket League and Teamfight Tactics coaching by request. If your title is not listed, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Yes. Coaching and tournament-prep clients are welcome to book on-site sessions at 58 Redchurch Street. The scrim room and VOD review bays are open by appointment Monday to Saturday — just arrange a slot when you book.
Credentials are handled through an encrypted handover terminal and deleted the moment a job closes. We are 2FA-friendly, never store payment details, and only assign one vetted specialist per order. Every session is logged so you can see exactly what happened.
It depends on the distance and the game, but a single-division solo boost usually finishes in one to three days. You get a realistic timeline in writing before we start, plus daily progress screenshots so there are no surprises.
Any order that has not been started is fully refundable, no questions asked. If a boost stalls or we miss an agreed milestone, we credit the affected portion. We would rather keep a fair reputation than hold onto a disputed payment.
